We build our practice with you, our clients, on five core principles:
- adults learn by doing and by applying their experience in development opportunities
- adults undertake learning of their own freewill. As facilitators of learning, we must provide a compelling value proposition that encourages their interest
- continuous learning requires reflecting on the taken-for-granted assumptions that inform how we take decisions and actions, examining those assumptions, validating old and new assumptions, and using the learning environment as a testing ground and guide for future actions
- technology and e-learning methodologies are tools to enhance learning, and safely test and validate new assumptions and actions for deployment in the workplace
- evaluation of any action-learning should be performance focused and include active participation by the learner
